1. These Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to everyone who is using the services provided by PSD2FanPage (the site) and is a member of the site. By submitting an order and/or quote request you accept the following Terms of Service. If you do not accept the Terms you will not be able to use the services from PSD2FanPage.
2. Provision of the Services by PSD2FanPage
PSD2FanPage may constantly innovate its functionality in order to provide its users with the best possible experience. Because of this fact, the services provided by PSD2FanPage.com may change from time to time, without prior notice to you. You also agree that PSD2FanPage may permanently or temporarily stop providing the services due to technical upgrades, without prior notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that PSD2FanPage’s, in its sole discretion, may block or disable your account (permanently or temporarily) and the access to your services, without prior notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that PSD2FanPage may set/change the upper limit on the number of transmissions you may send or receive through the services (covered in the upload or download file size, etc).
PSD2FanPage reserves its right to perform investigation on the files and requests submitted by you upon starting the actual work. The investigation process may take up to 24 hours in regular cases, or more in any special cases.
By submitting the order and/or quote request to PSD2FanPage you agree that project delivery term may be extended due to a number of reasons: repeating communications between you and PSD2FanPage representative aimed at clarifications; time zone difference; lack of information and/or files submitted by you.
3. Use of the Services by you
You agree to provide PSD2FanPage with basic information about yourself (such as email address) as a part of registration process, in order to access the services. You also agree that the following personal information will be correct, accurate and up-to-date.
You agree to use the services only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and any applicable law (including any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the United States or other countries).
You agree not to access (or attempt to) any services by any means other than through the interface, given to you personally by PSD2FanPage.
4. Content in the Services
You acknowledge and agree that PSD2FanPage is not responsible for the information and content submitted and displayed by you through the services. You also agree that you are responsible for any breach caused by your activity and submitted information and content. PSD2FanPage reserves the right to refuse or remove any or all Content submitted by you without prior notice to you.
In a return, PSD2FanPage acknowledges its obligation to not reproduce, duplicate, copy or resell any or all the files submitted by you via PSD2FanPage services.
5. Content license from you
You understand and therefore agree that PSD2FanPage, when performing the required technical procedures to provide the services, may transmit your content over the public networks and media.
6. Result delivery and delivery terms
PSD2FanPage reserves the right to perform investigation on the files and information submitted by you within next 24 hours in regular cases, or longer in complex cases. The markup delivery term for the main (first) page and per each additional page is 2 business days and 1 business days respectively. By submitting an order to PSD2FanPage you agree that project delivery term may be extended due to complexity. Final delivery term is determined by PSD2FanPage team upon investigation stage and is sent to your approval before the project is started. You also agree that difference in time zones, the delays between project updates as well as number of repeating updates from your side may postpone the project delivery. The project delivery notification is sent to customers' interface and one's email address and requires the customer to perform one of the actions – Accept the result (with an option to download result immediately) or Reject the result (with an option to provide rejection reasons). You acknowledge that multiple rejections and updates may extend the project delivery term. You also acknowledge that any additional requests or updates (that hasn't been covered in the original order summary) require additional costs and investigation.
7. Refund policy
PSD2FanPage guarantees the refund in the following cases: (1) You cancel the project before the work is started; (2) Your project cannot be completed due to technical or any other reasons;
8. Ending your relationship with PSD2FanPage
You may stop using the services provided by PSD2FanPage at any time, without prior notice to PSD2FanPage. PSD2FanPage may stop providing its services to you at any time, without prior notice to you.
9. Exclusion of Warranties
PSD2FanPage does not warrant or represent any type of content submitted by you through the services. Services provided by PSD2FanPage do not warrant that any defects in the design of any files submitted by you through the site will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge and agree that PSD2FanPage is hot liable to you for any loss, damages, changes, deletion, failure caused or applied by you through the services. You agree that PSD2FanPage is not responsible for availability of the files submitted by you on any external sites or resources.
11. Amendments to the following Terms
PSD2FanPage, in its sole discretion, can change its Terms at any time, without prior notice to you. Once the amendments are made they become effective immediately after being posted on the site. If you continue to use the services, you agree to the amended Terms.
