Q: What is the preferrable format for submitted files?
A: We accept only fully layered and complete PSD files to be further sliced and marked up to suit Facebook iframe fanpages.
Q: What's an average time for investigation?
A: Usually it takes us no longer than 24 hours to investigate the project files or free quote request. The investigation is aimed to determine and finalize project specs and requirements.
Q: What file types can't be accepted by you?
A: We do not accept one-layered, corrupted, scanned, incomplete and other source files that require additional processing via Adobe Photoshop.
Q: Are there any dimension requirements for submitted layouts?
A: Yes, stick to the following types - Canvas Page & Page Tab - 760px & 520px width accordingly.
Q: What if my project cannot be described via options on the ordering form?
A: Ordering form contains commonly used mark-up options. If your project needs custom approach, feel free to submit a free quote request form.
Q: Does PSD2FanPage provide programming or custom design apart from coding jobs?
A: No, just mark-up services for now.

A: It's 2 biz days (excl. weekends) for the first page and 1 biz day for each inner page. The timeframe may be extended due to project complexity. The project is started ONLY after all the details are cleared up and timeframes are agreed between the client and PSD2FanPage.
Q: Do you work on weekends?
A: No, only Mon to Fri, 9 am - 5 pm GMT.
